Carruades Lafite releases with volumes down 50% on last year

Volumes of Lafite Rothschild's second wine, Carruades Lafite, have, like its First Growth cousin, been reduced by 50% this year, with further releases today continuing the downward pricing trend. 

Lafite 2019 released at 16% lower than 2018

Château Lafite is the first of the first growths to release its 2019 vintage, which, at €396 per bottle ex-negociant, is 15.7% lower than its 2018 release price.

Cos d’Estournel 2019 released at 24% lower than 2018

Saint-Estèphe second growth Cos d’Estournel released its 2019 vintage yesterday at €110 a bottle ex-negociant, a price drop of 23.6% on 2018.

Lafleur releases 2019 vintage at £5,800 per case

Pomerol-based estate Château Lafleur has gone against current trends in Bordeaux by releasing its 2019 vintage with the same price tag it gave to the previous year's wine.
